By using the ProduceHero mobile app (the “App”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
When you sign up via email, you provide your email address and basic account details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The App allows you to upload images. You retain ownership of your images but grant ProduceHero a license to use, display, and store them for the purposes of operating the App. You are responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
If you subscribe to premium features, payments are processed securely through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. RevenueCat manages subscription status and validates receipts. ProduceHero does not store or access your credit card information. All subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
All content, logos, and materials provided by ProduceHero are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
The App is provided “as is.” ProduceHero is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from your use of the App, including errors, downtime, or data loss. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as outlined in that policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can also delete your account at any time, which will remove your personal data and uploaded images from our systems as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms periodically. The effective date will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
